Shipping & Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours and shipped fully insured and trackable. Here's everything you need to know depending on where you are in the world.

Europe

Orders within Europe are handled by Bpost or DHL and arrive within 2–6 business days. Shipping is free on all orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, a flat fee of €10 applies. Free in-store pick-up is also available at our flagship store in Antwerp.

UK & Rest of the World

International orders are handled by DHL International and arrive within 6–9 business days. Shipping is free on all orders of €250 or more. For orders under €250, a flat fee of €30 applies. All orders outside the EU are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning all import duties and taxes are covered upfront. No extra charges upon delivery, no surprises.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a track & trace link for live updates.

Can I change my delivery address? Yes, for a limited time after your order is confirmed you can update your address via the carrier's interface using the track & trace link. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will try a neighbour or a safe place you have specified. If that is not possible, your parcel will be held at a nearby post office the next day.

Will it fit in my mailbox? Possibly! Our shipping box measures H7 cm x W23 cm x D16 cm. If you are unsure, we recommend providing an address where someone can receive the package in person.
